சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற வழக்கறிஞர் தற்கொலை.. இறப்பதற்கு முன் எழுதிய கடிதத்தை கைப்பற்றிய காவல்துறை

சென்னை: சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற வழக்கறிஞர் தனக்கு நண்பர்கள் துரோகம் செய்துவிட்டதாக கடிதம் எழுதி வைத்துவிட்டு தூக்கிட்டு தற்கொலை செய்துக் கொண்டார். அவர் எழுதிய தற்கொலை கடிதத்தையும் காவல்துறையினர் கைப்பற்றி விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகிறார்கள்.

சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மற்றும் செங்கல்பட்டு நீதிமன்ற வழக்கறிஞராக பணிபுரியும் ராஜேஷ்குமார் (37). இவருக்கு திருமணம் ஆகி 7 ஆண்டுகள் ஆகிறது. இவருக்கு மனைவி மற்றும் ௨ ஆண் குழந்தைகள் உள்ளனர். இவர்கள் காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் மறைமலை நகர் வசித்து வருகின்றனர்.

இந்நிலையில் திருவொற்றியூரில் உள்ள தனது தந்தையை பார்க்க ராஜேஷ்குமார் வந்துள்ளார். ராஜேஷ்குமார் தற்கொலை அப்போது கால் வலி இருப்பதாக கூறி அருகில் இருந்த தனியார் மருத்துவமனைக்குச் சென்று சிகிச்சை பெற்று வீட்டுக்கு வந்துள்ளார். வீட்டுக்கு வந்தவர் வீட்டின் அறைக்கு சென்று தாழ்ப்பாள் போட்டுள்ளார். வெகுநேரமாகியும் கதவு திறக்காததால் ஜன்னல் வழியாக பார்த்தபோது மின்விசிறியில் ராஜேஷ்குமார் தூக்கிட்டு தற்கொலை செய்து கொண்டது தெரிந்தது.

அரசு ஸ்டான்லி மருத்துவமனை இதனை அடுத்து ராஜேஷ்குமாரின் தந்தை பெருமாள் திருவொற்றியூர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் தகவல் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

தற்கொலைக்கு தூண்டிய நண்பர்கள் ?

தகவலின் அடிப்படையில் சம்பவ இடத்திற்கு வந்த காவல்துறையினர் உடலை கைப்பற்றி அரசு ஸ்டான்லி மருத்துவமனைக்கு உடற்கூறு ஆய்வுகாக அனுப்பி வைத்தார்கள்.

கைப்பட தற்கொலை கடிதம்

விசாரணையில் தற்கொலை செய்துகொண்ட வழக்கறிஞர் ராஜேஷ் தற்கொலை செய்வதற்கு முன்பு கைப்பட கடிதம் ஒன்று எழுதி வைத்துள்ளார்அரசு வேலை அதில் தனது நண்பர்களான செங்கல்பட்டை சேர்ந்த செல்வதுரை மற்றும் காஞ்சிபுரத்தை சேர்ந்த ஞானப்பிரகாசம் ஆகிய இருவரும் செங்கல்பட்டு மற்றும் காஞ்சிபுரம் பகுதிகளில் பல நபர்களிடம் தனது பெயரை சொல்லி அரசு வேலை வாங்கித் தருவதாக கூறி பணத்தை பெற்று இருவருமே வைத்துக் கொண்டனர்.

வெற்று பேப்பர்களில் கையெழுத்து

வேலைக்கு பணம் கொடுத்தவர்களிடம் என்னிடம் தான் பணம் உள்ளது என்று கூறியதால் வேலைக்காக பணம் கொடுத்தவர்கள் என் வீட்டிற்கு வந்து தகராறு செய்தனர்.

மேலும் செல்வதுரை மற்றும் ஞானப்பிரகாசம் ஆகிய இருவரும் கடந்த சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு ரவுடிகளையும் சில வழக்கறிஞர்களையும் அழைத்து வந்து என்னை மிரட்டி சில பேப்பர்களில் கையெழுத்து பெற்றுக் கொண்டனர்.

உன்னையும் உன் குடும்பத்தையும் அழிக்காமல் விடமாட்டோம் என மிரட்டல்

மனமுடைந்ததால் தற்கொலை இதனால் மன உளைச்சலில் இருந்த நான் நண்பர்களுக்கு போன் செய்து ஏன் இப்படி செய்தீர்கள் என்று கேட்டேன். அதற்கு அவர்கள் “உன்னையும் உன் குடும்பத்தையும் அழிக்காமல் விடமாட்டோம் என மிரட்டினர். இதனால் மனமுடைந்த நான் தற்கொலை செய்கிறேன்.விசாரணை எனது இறப்பு செல்வதுரை ஞானப்பிரகாசம் ஆகிய இருவர் மட்டுமே காரணம் என அந்த கடிதத்தில் ராஜேஷ்குமார் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.

இதனை அடுத்து திருவொற்றியூர் காவல்துறையினர் கடிதத்தை கைப்பற்றி விசாரணையில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர். விரைவில் ராஜேஷ்குமார் கடிதத்ததில் குறிப்பிட்ட இருவரும் கைது செய்யப்படுவர் என தெரிகிறது.

Rajeshkumar committed suicide and went home to a nearby private hospital for treatment. The person who came to the house went to the room of the house and put the latch. Rajeshkumar committed suicide by hanging himself on a fan when he looked out of the window as the door did not open late.

Rajeshkumar’s father Perumal informed the Tiruvottiyur police station after the government Stanley hospital. Police arrived at the scene on information and seized the body and sent it to the state Stanley Hospital for a post-mortem examination. Rajesh, the lawyer who later committed suicide at the trial, had written a handwritten letter before committing suicide

Government work in which his friends Selvadurai from Chengalpattu and Gnanapprakasam from Kanchipuram told several people in Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram areas that they would buy government jobs by claiming his name and kept both.

The people who paid for the work came to my house and quarreled because I signed the papers but the people who paid for the work told me that I had the money. Also Selvadurai and Gnanappirakasam both brought rowdies and some lawyers a few days ago and intimidated me and got me to sign some papers.

Suicidal because of depression I was so depressed I called friends and asked why you did this.

They threatened, “We will not let you and your family go unpunished. I am depressed and I am committing suicide.”

Rajeshkumar mentioned in the letter that the investigation was the only two reasons for my death. Following this, the Tiruvottiyur police have seized the letter and are investigating. It seems that the two mentioned in Rajeshkumar’s letter will be arrested soon
